[Jane is basically just chilling out where ever she is right about now. She's taken the time to take a seat and pull out her gear to make a video to the network, she has exciting news! Well, it may not be exciting to everyone bu to her it is.]

Hello, everyone! Belatedly I would like to say Happy New Year, and I hope that this year brings you a lot of happiness. Secondly, I think everyone should meet my new partner, Jingle. [It's a Chingling, and it's cutely bouncing in her lap along with the Happiny at it's side. Jane seems to be a magnet for baby Pokemon.] I guess my question is do you take care of a jingle bell Pokemon the same as you would a Stantler or a Happiny? I assume the answer is yes, but I could be wrong.

[A pause. She guesses she just can't really contain how happy she really is. She's smiling quite alot.]

Do you guys believe in miracles? [She knows that could be a double edged question, but curiosity is something she will never withhold from. To Jane, a miracle is something really good happening in your life that you never thought possible.

The necessary care for a Chingling and for a Stantler are much the same, though this one would be much more difficult to ride. As long as you feed and love it well, you'll have little trouble.

It would be difficult to ride this cutie, wouldn't it. [She giggles.] I'm still kind of new at this, I don't think I've messed up yet though.

If they've not yet attempted to set you on fire or to bite your head off, you must be doing well. Those two certainly both look very happy.

I have another, he's a little moody. Harder to take care of for sure.

[She sighs, but it isn't unpleasant. She does love all of her Pokemon.] I certainly appreciate the reassurance, though.

Have you caught your moody teammate recently? He might simply not be used to living with a trainer and new rules yet.

I caught him the first day I was here, though, I did accidentally hit him in the head with the PokeBall at first. I felt really bad about that. [Whoops....]

...Surely that has not left him with a headache this whole time...

Surely not, but perhaps he did not appreciate it?

Probably not. I once accidentally hit a friend in the head with a pokéball, and he was far from pleased.

Oh gracious, I'm sure he was none to pleased about that. But all should be forgiven in the end, right? [They are stars. A+. Hitting friends with PokeBalls.]

He was willing to travel with me for a few more months after that. I suppose that counts as forgiveness. Perhaps your Stantler's attitude in battle shows if he's still upset about it?

I try not to get into too many battles, perhaps I'll see what his attitude is next time I get into a battle. Maybe he just always looks cranky?

...Some people do look upset by default, unless they're making an effort. It might be the same for Pokémon, too.

You make a very good point. Perhaps my Stantler always looks kind of disgruntled. Hopefully that is the case, instead of him being angry with me all the time.

I'd suggest asking him if that'S the case, but that would be a rather rude question.

I suppose he'll have to get over it if it offends him! There are some questiosn that just need to be asked, right?

Indeed. And there must be a way to be gentle about it, somehow.

Of course, I couldn't imagine hurting his feelings further. I will certainly be gentle about it.

Why, if you're gentle enough, he might even show you more affection!

I guess this goes to show that I really don't know my Pokemon well enough yet.

[She really doesn't. She's trying though!]

That's because it takes quite a long time. Why, Rosie and I have been partners for every three years, and I still learn more about her as the months pass.

[Maybe Jane did have a bit of impatience. Understanding takes time and practice. All of which she didn't have at this point.]

We celebrated the third anniversary of our first meeting last August. I was far from the first arrival here, but few people from that time sill remain.

I know it is a little belated, but congratulations on being friends for that long.

Thank you. ...The most confusing part of this world is that you miss your home more and more every day, while also loving this land more as time passes. It can make long stays difficult.
